Halo Infinite will offer rewards to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers

In a new official blog post, Microsoft has announced that Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers will get exclusive access to monthly rewards in Halo Infinite as part of the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Perks program. This program gives Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers unique in-game bonuses and perks, incentivizing members to stay subscribed.

The blog post notes specifically mentions “monthly multiplayer bonuses,” suggesting that subscribers will be able to unlock exclusive cosmetics for their Halo Infinite multiplayer Spartan. These may include armor coatings, weapon coatings and charms, or other types of customization items. Players may also get access to extra consumables like XP Boosts and Challenge Swaps as well.

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is the most advanced version of Xbox Game Pass available. On top of the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Perk program, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members also get access to Xbox Game Pass, Xbox Game Pass on PC, and Xbox Cloud Gaming.

Halo Infinite is slated to launch on Dec. 8, 2021 on Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One consoles, and Windows PCs. Note that Halo Infinite preorders are available now, though keep in mind that the campaign costs $60 and the multiplayer experience will be entirely free-to-play (with paid Halo Infinite Battle Passes).
