Google lets you save up to $1,500 on the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4

The Galaxy Z Fold 4 is one of the most expensive smartphones in the world, but thanks to various deals and discounts, it doesn’t have to be. Prospective buyers can now get a hold of Samsung’s latest foldable flagship phone for only $799 without trading in another device as long as they’re willing to sign up with Google Fi.

Google is slashing a whopping $1,000 off the Galaxy Z Fold 4’s retail price of $1,799. To qualify for this discount, you must be a new Google Fi customer and activate the Galaxy Z Fold 4 on a new full-service plan or port your existing phone numbers from another carrier to Google Fi. The offer is valid while supplies last, and you must be a USA resident age 18 or up. You can read more about the promo terms at Google or refer to the screenshot below for more details.

$799 for the Galaxy Z Fold 4 is an incredible price, but Google Fi customers can lower the cost of the phone even more by trading in an eligible device. Doing so can save them up to an additional $500, meaning the Galaxy Z Fold 4’s price can go all the way down to $299.

Alternatively, customers can choose to pay $33.33 per month for the new Samsung foldable phone when buying from Google. The latter company says that the Galaxy Z Fold 4 was designed for Fi, as the phone can intelligently switch between multiple cellular networks and secure Wi-Fi connections for the best coverage.

The new Samsung foldable is equipped with a 7.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X Infinity Flex display on the inside and a 6.2-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X Infinity-O cover panel. It runs One UI 4.1.1 and offers new features for mobile productivity and multitasking, such as a new taskbar and more options for Multi-Window mode.
