Ghost Recon Breakpoint Open Beta starts September 26
Ghost Recon Breakpoint is an upcoming third-person shooter which can also be played through the first-person perspective when it comes to aiming down sights. It’s expected to launch at the beginning of October on Xbox One and other platforms. Today, Ubisoft revealed that the open beta for the game is going to run from September 26 to 29.
A press release Windows Central received stated that it’s available to everyone on Xbox One, PC, and PlayStation 4. If you’re interested in helping test the multiplayer component of the game, you can begin pre-loading the open beta from September 24. Keep in mind that PC users will have to go through the Epic Games Store because Ubisoft has an exclusive agreement with Epic Games.
Unlike the closed beta, the open beta will offer new and exclusive content. You’ll be able to discover three extra main story missions, allowing you to delve deeper into the game’s storyline; two new regions in addition to the four regions already unveiled during the closed beta; and a competitive mode known as Ghost War. There’s a lot to test out over the course of a couple of days.
In order to celebrate this announcement, Ubisoft has teamed up with Lil’ Wayne to release a somewhat hilarious live-action trailer. The action was even shot by Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw and Deadpool 2’s David Leitch. It’s a sight to behold and quite bombastic, to say the least.
