Galaxy Z Fold 3 gets second software update in June

A couple of weeks ago, Samsung released the June 2022 security update to the Galaxy Z Fold 3. Apart from security patches, the update included some camera improvements. The South Korean firm has now released the second update for the month to the Galaxy Z Fold 3 in Europe.

The new software update for the Galaxy Z Fold 3 comes with firmware version F926BXXU1CVF1. The update is available across Europe and brings more bug fixes, stability improvements, and better performance. In the changelog, Samsung hasn’t been very open about the bugs that have been fixed. More countries and regions could get the update within the next few days.

If you are a Galaxy Z Fold 3 user in Europe, you can download and install the latest software update by navigating to Settings » Software update and tapping on Download and install. You can also download the new firmware file from our database and flash it manually.

Samsung launched the Galaxy Z Fold 3 in the second half of 2021 with Android 11-based One UI 3.1.1 on board. The foldable phone received the Android 12-based One UI 4 update in early 2022 and the One UI 4.1 update a few months ago.
