In order to get the new feature up and running, you will need to set up their Microsoft Your Phone app on their mobile device and link their PC, which needs to be running Windows 10 April 2018 update or higher. Microsoft’s official blog post details that the new feature is only available in select markets for now without naming them. After the setup process is complete, you will be able to access your phone’s clipboard on PC and vice versa.
