Galaxy Z Flip 5G, Galaxy Tab S7 and S7+ will not get more updates

Samsung will no longer release software updates for the Galaxy Z Flip 5G and the Galaxy Tab S7 and Galaxy Tab S7+. All three devices launched in August 2020, so support for them is ending after four years.
These devices stopped getting OS and feature updates more than a year back, and now, they will not receive any security updates, either. Samsung promises security updates for devices launched in 2019 and later for a minimum of four years, and while it chose to extend support for devices like the Galaxy S20, S20+, and S20 Ultra into the fifth year, the Galaxy Z Flip 5G, Tab S7, and Tab S7+ are not getting the same courtesy.
Not all Galaxy Tab S7 models will stop getting updates going forward: the Galaxy Tab S7 FE will get security updates until at least March next year, as it hit retail shelves in March 2021.
