The new software update, with firmware version ending ZVFA,  has been released to those participating in the One UI Watch Beta program. The new software fixes the UI of the watch face. It also fixes the issues related to restoring after Tile backup and the problem that caused the system UI to crash when pushing the home button while scrolling.

The update fixes problems related to music playback via Bixby and improves the accuracy of wear detection. It also enhances the usability of Alarm, Stopwatch, Timer, and World Clock apps. The performance of touchscreen and automatic exercise detection has been improved. The new software also fixes issues related to Bluetooth in the Gallery app.

People running the previous beta version complained about high power consumption when using the Galaxy Buds Auto Switch feature. Samsung has fixed that bug, too. It also improved the recognition of the wrist-up gesture while cycling. The changelog also mentions that various other minor improvements have been added with the new software.

To install the new update, you must be a participating member of the One UI Watch 4.5 Beta program and update the Watch 4 Manager app to version 2.2.11.22063011.

You can install the new update by opening the Galaxy Wearable app, choosing the Galaxy Watch 4, and then navigating to Settings » Watch software update and then tap on Download and install.
