Galaxy A52 5G gets updated with July 2022 security patch in Europe

Samsung has released the July 2022 security update to the Galaxy A52 5G. The new software is currently available in European countries, and other markets worldwide will soon get the update as well.

The new Galaxy A52 5G software update bears firmware version A526BXXU1CVG2. The update brings the July 2022 security patch that fixes over 50 security vulnerabilities. The new software version is available in Austria, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Nordic countries, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, the Baltic region, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, and the UK.

If you live in Europe, you can install the new software update on your Galaxy A52 5G. You can install it by navigating to Settings » Software update and tapping on Download and install. You can also download the new firmware file from our database and flash it manually.

Last year, Samsung debuted the Galaxy A52 5G with Android 11 on board. The mid-range smartphone has already received the Android 12-based One UI 4.1 update. It will get two more Android OS updates—Android 13 and Android 14—in the future.
