Galaxy A32 5G gets the September 2021 security patch in the US

Three weeks ago, Samsung had released the September 2021 security update to the international version of the Galaxy A32 5G. Today, the company has released it to the carrier-locked units of the smartphone in the US. The new software update is currently rolling out on Comcast’s network.

The latest software update for the carrier-locked units of the Galaxy A32 5G (SM-A326U) comes with firmware version A326USQU5AUI5. It includes fixes for more than 50 privacy and security-related vulnerabilities, general bug fixes, and device stability improvements. More carriers could release the update over the next few days.

If you are a Galaxy A32 5G user in the US, you can check for the latest update by navigating to Settings » Software update and tapping on Download and install. You can also download the latest firmware file from our firmware database and flash it manually.

Samsung had launched the Galaxy A32 5G earlier this year with Android 11-based One UI 3.0 onboard. The device will get at least two major Android OS updates in the future.
