It’s not easy to keep track of all the Galaxy smartphones that have received an update this month, but Galaxy A10s (SM-A107F) users can now add their phones to the list. Samsung is rolling out a new update for the Galaxy A10s that pushes the firmware version to A107FXXU6BTF1 and brings the June 2020 security patch. The update is being distributed in Malaysia for the time being, but more markets are bound to follow suit. Details on whether or not the update brings new features to the Galaxy A10s are missing, but the latest security patch has been detailed by Samsung a couple of weeks ago. You can read more about it in our June 2020 security patch report, but as expected, there are dozens of Android OS vulnerabilities and Samsung SVE items that have been addressed with this latest release. If you own the Galaxy A10s in Malaysia, you can check SamMobile’s firmware archive where you can download the latest update and install it on your phone via a Windows PC. You can also try to trigger the update process on your phone by opening Settings, navigating to Software update, and tapping Download and install.
