Full Kingdom Hearts collection coming to Xbox One in 2020

Square Enix’s legendary mash-up of Disney and Final Fantasy characters is finally headed to Xbox One in its complete form. Announced at X019, Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 ReMIX, along with Kingdom Hearts 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue, will launch on Xbox One in 2020.

All three collections have been available on PlayStation consoles for some time, but Xbox One players previously only had access to Kingdom Hearts III, which launched on the console earlier this year. That the entire story will be available on Xbox consoles next year is a major win for fans who have only dipped their toes into Kingdom Hearts 3, or those who are completely new to the series and it’s notoriously confusing plot.

There’s no specific release date for these entries yet, outside of a general 2020 timeframe. However, once they launch, you’ll get access to Kingdom Hearts I and II, along with the various side games, all of the cinematics, and more. If you want some Kingdom Hearts action on Xbox One now, you can grab Kingdom Hearts III at a dicsounted $25 now.
