The Inspire HR supports Fitbit’s usual array of activity and sleep tracking features as well as basic smartwatch functions letting you get your notifications from your wrist.
Of course, it’s a heart rate monitor that separates the Inspire HR from the cheaper plain Inspire. Beyond keeping an eye on your ticker throughout the day and during exercise, Fitbit also uses your heart rate for its more advanced Sleep Stages sleep tracking.
