Cyberpunk 2077 still on track despite coronavirus outbreak

Cyberpunk 2077 is an upcoming first-person shooter and role-playing game from The Witcher developer CD Projekt RED. The team has been working on this title for many years now, and recently delayed it to September 2020. A lot of polish was needed from the preview we saw a year or two ago.

Many businesses are being closed and employees are being forced to work from home, and it seems like CD Projekt RED is no different. The company has added a lot of policies to keep those working on Cyberpunk 2077 healthy, that includes working from home. Right now, the game is on track for a September release.

Cyberpunk 2077 puts you in the shoes of a mercenary named V. You have to work with a mysterious figure named Johnny Silverhand to discover the secret to digital immortality. However, the game is all about choices so how you do that is up to you.

Cyberpunk 2077 sounds like it has an interesting premise and we can’t wait to see what it’s all about later this year. Hopefully, by then governments and healthcare systems will be able to get the coronavirus outbreak under some control.
