Check out the changes State of Decay 2: Juggernaut Edition is bringing

Undead Labs recently announced State of Decay 2: Juggernaut Edition. This update is quite comprehensive, adding the Daybreak, Independence Pack and Heartland expansion DLCs. It also brings improved graphics, with particular improvements added to the lighting quality. You can see some comparisons in the video below.

Graphics and DLC aren’t the only improvements though. There’s a new map called Providence Ridge, which is themed after the Pacific Northwest. There’s also new audio tracks and new heavy melee weapons. Best of all, this update is totally free to anyone who already owns the game on Xbox One or Windows 10 PC, or is already playing through Xbox Game Pass.

It’s also releasing on Steam and coming to the Epic Games Store and is in fact the first Xbox Game Studios title to arrive on the latter storefront. It’ll be $30 on both PC storefronts. The Steam version and Epic Games Store version have full cross-play with the Windows 10 and Xbox One versions. All platforms will receive State of Decay 2: Juggernaut Edition on the planned release date of March 13, 2020.
