Chaos rises with Slaanesh and Nurgle concept art for Total War: Warhammer 3
Creative Assembly has shown a fair bit of gameplay for Total War: Warhammer 3 with icy Kislev and the fiery forces of Khorne taking center stage so far. On Monday, Creative Assembly revealed that the team is preparing to share more, with more updates coming in September.
One of these updates will focus on the reveal of Grand Cathay, a mysterious empire that has long server as a bastion against Chaos and is helping to realize the vision of the tabletop game. More information is also coming on updates for siege battles, something that has been highly requested by the fan community.
In the meanwhile, Creative Assembly shared some concept art for the armies of Slaanesh, Tzeentch and Nurgle, the three remaining Chaos Gods whose forces have not yet been seen. First up, you can see artwork of Slaanesh Daemonettes and Exalted Chariot:
Then, we get a peek at Tzeentch’s Soulgrinder and Herald.
Sometime after the launch of Total War: Warhammer 3, a free update will be available that combines all three games into one mega-campaign, in a similar vein to the Mortal Empires expansion for Total War: Warhammer 2.
