Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is a gaming institution. The original single-player story and the multiplayer experience were a masterclass in how to make a first-person shooter and now Activision is hoping it can make lightning strike twice. In an effort to expand the game’s appeal, the publisher is releasing even more content soon.

Check out the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare – Season One Refresh trailer that showcases new content going live this week on all platforms. The game is getting a new mode called “Cranked,” and the Allegiance army gets Operator Nikto. To top it off, new maps for standard Multiplayer and Gunfight also come online. If you’re into the Special Ops mode, new experiences are available that progress the narrative. Think of it as story content in a way.
