Bose’s latest soundbar uses AI to boost dialogue clarity
For those who already own the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds, you can pair them with the soundbar to utilize Bose’s new Personal Surround Sound technology. This combination enables the earbuds to act as rear surround speakers for an individual user while still allowing them to hear the soundbar’s audio output. It’s certainly a novel approach to creating a surround sound effect, and we can’t wait to experience the immersion in our reference-grade Dolby Atmos listening room.
The soundbar features five transducers, including two side-firing and two up-firing units to help reflect sound upward off the ceiling. It also supports various streaming options, including Wi-Fi, Chromecast, Spotify Connect, and Apple AirPlay 2. It also has voice control capabilities, supporting Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa.
The Smart Soundbar is compatible with other Bose smart speakers and can be integrated into a multi-room audio system.
