Big Samsung Galaxy Watch deals land for Prime Day
If you were left a little cold by Amazon’s deals yesterday, then a tasty discount on the Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 might be just the tonic.
Amazon has knocked $30 off the Galaxy Watch 3 45mm Bluetooth and LTE versions, the former ducking under $399 for the first time.
You’ll find the Galaxy Watch 3 around the web for around $449, but it should be noted that Best Buy has already moved to match Amazon’s Prime Day price.
The Galaxy Watch 3 got rave reviews from our expert team, thanks to the rotating bezel, superb screen – and advanced features such as ECG going live in the US.
The Samsung Galaxy Watch Active2 has also got a discount. While it’s been superseded by the Galaxy Watch 3, it’s no slouch.
Amazon has discounted the Active 2 down to just $209, which is substantially cheaper than you’ll find elsewhere on the web.
The Active 2 has a slightly sleeker design, and you still get GPS, high/low heart rate alerts, sports tracking and offline Spotify support – plus a focus on advanced running dynamics. It’s a steal at $209, and many will prefer the design to the similarly-priced Apple Watch Series 3.
And if you really want a Samsung smartwatch at the lowest price possible then the original Samsung Galaxy Watch Active is on sale. You can grab that for $139.99 – which let’s face it as an absolute steal.
It’s only available in the one 40mm size, so it might be a bit dainty for some wrists, and it doesn’t quite reach the same heights in terms of VO2 max and advanced analytics. But it’s a good sporty smartwatch, at a great price.
