Best Xbox One games coming soon: Citadel, Super Monkey Ball, and more
Every week, numerous games launch on Xbox One, but which ones truly stand out? Here are some of the biggest and most anticipated titles launching across Microsoft’s platforms next week. We have a few new smaller releases on Xbox One, but there are still a few surprises here and there. Notably, Citadel: Forged with Fire is finally launching on the console, and Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz HD offers an interesting take on the role-playing genre. With that in mind, here are all the best games launching next week, between October 28 and November 1.
According to developer Blue Isle Studios, the game is a massive online sandbox role-playing game with elements of magic, spellcasting, and war. As a newly-minted apprentice, you set off to investigate the dangerous world of Ignus. Your goal is simply to create a name for yourself and achieve notoriety and power among the land’s rulers. Just like Conan Exiles, you can build massive castles, tame beasts to do your bidding, and visit uncharted territories to uncover their mysteries. However, it goes a step above that. You can also hatch plots of trickery and deceit to ascend the ranks among allies and enemies.
Citadel: Forged with Fire should launch on November 1. The game runs at 4K resolution on Xbox One X.
Super Monkey Ball is a popular platforming franchise published by Sega. It has launched on a number of devices over the years, including Android and iOS smartphones. Unfortunately, none of the games have made their way to Xbox One.
Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz HD should launch on October 29, priced at $40.
These are the biggest games launching soon, and many of them seem like absolutely thrilling experiences. Be sure to check out Citadel: Forged with Fire and Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz HD because they appear to be the most unique games out of the lot. Which titles are you interested in? Let us know.
Other experiences like Afterparty, Close to the Sun, Inferno 2+, Delta Squad, Jalopy, Police Chase, Race with Ryan, and Xeno Crisis should also release next week. If you’re looking for a break between those heavy-hitters, be sure to check out these games because they’re a lot of fun.
