The Xbox backward compatibility team has showed no signs of slowing down in recent months, and continues to expand the program in new and meaningful ways. Earlier this month, FPS Boost began to double or even quadruple the framerates of select backward compatible titles on Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S. Today, Xbox is bringing 16 backward compatible games to Xbox Cloud Gaming.
Starting today, the Xbox backward compatible team is bringing their vast catalog of original Xbox and Xbox 360 games on Xbox Game Pass to Xbox Cloud Gaming, formerly known as Project xCloud. This means you’ll be able to play a selection of classic games straight from your phone! The icing on the cake is that a few of the initial 16 games already support touch controls through Xbox Cloud Gaming on Android.
