AT&T will take your old phone and give you a free Galaxy S23

Carriers in the United States have now made their Galaxy S23 offers public. There’s plenty of free stuff to go around. Verizon, the largest mobile carrier in the country, is offering customers a free Galaxy Watch 5 and Galaxy Tab S7 FE.

AT&T has its own unique promotion for Samsung’s latest phones. The carrier has brought back its much-loved “Any Year, Any Condition” promotion. It will take your old eligible phone and basically give you a Galaxy S23 or 256GB Galaxy S23+ for free.

AT&T is turning your trash into cash

As part of this promotion, new and existing AT&T customers can get up to $1000 off the Galaxy S23 series. With this full trade-in value, you can effectively get the Galaxy S23 or the 256GB Galaxy S23+ for free. You’ll only need to pay $200 more if you’d prefer buying the Galaxy S23 Ultra.

All you need to do is send AT&T a Galaxy Note, Galaxy S or Galaxy Z series phone. Old Google Pixel phones are eligible as well. It doesn’t need to be a recent model, either. So even if you have a Galaxy S9 lying around, it can get you Samsung’s latest phones for free. All customers also get a free memory upgrade, so pay for the 256GB model and get the 512GB instead.

This is a pretty sweet promotion as it eliminates the upfront cost that customers looking to upgrade would otherwise have to pay. There may be other fees and charges that customers may be required to pay, so it’s always best to read the fine print on these promotions before proceeding.

AT&T is now taking pre-orders for the Galaxy S23 series online and through its stores for prices starting at $799. The devices will be released on February 17.
