ASUS will unveil its Zenbook Pro 14 Duo and Zenbook Pro 16X next month
ASUS started teasing two new ZenBook Pro laptops this week. At 12 PM ET on May 9, 2022, the company will unveil the Zenbook Pro 14 Duo and Zenbook Pro 16X. While we don’t have full specs of the devices, we know they’ll run on 12th Gen Intel Core H-series CPUs. A graphic from ASUS shows i9 and 3060 chips, which are presumably an Intel Core i9 CPU and an NVIDIA RTX 3060 GPU, though we’ll have to wait to hear confirmation.
ASUS has shared hints of the new laptops on its social media channels and sent out tidbits of information to the media. A pinned tweet by the official ASUS Twitter account invites people to watch the virtual launch event next month.
A graphic from ASUS calls its new Zenbook the “world’s first 120Hz OLED laptop,” though that doesn’t appear to be the case. The company previously announced the Vivobook S 14X, which is the “World’s first 14.5” 2.8K 120Hz OLED laptop,” according to ASUS. Regardless of the announcement order, all of the new ASUS laptops with 120Hz OLED panels should have impressive displays.
