ARC Raiders debuts at The Game Awards 2021 with gameplay

Just a few days after being teased, ARC Raiders has debuted at The Game Awards 2021. Coming from Embark Studios, led by former EA exec Patrick Söderlund, ARC Raiders is a free-to-play PvE shooter expected to release in 2022 for current-gen consoles and PC.

“With this reveal, we want to celebrate gameplay and give players more than a hint of how Arc Raiders looks and what it feels like to play. Ultimately for a co-op action game like Arc Raiders, that’s what matters the most. We look forward to sharing more about the game in the coming months,” Soderlund said (via GameSpot).

Söderlund left EA in 2018 after serving as its executive vice president. He was announced as CEO of Embark Studios shortly after.
