HMD Global has announced the start of the Android 10 rollout to Nokia 2.3, making it the eleventh phone with the latest version of the OS in its portfolio. The update brings gesture navigation, smart reply and improved privacy controls.
In a press release, HMD revealed that Nokia phones were the fastest in getting the latest software updates, quoting an analysis by Counterpoint. With Nokia 2.3 joining the Android 10 family, now smartphone owners will be able to enjoy features like Family Link that let parents to limit the usage of the device, or Focus Mode, which blocks distracting apps, although is still in Beta.
The update is arriving at Nokia 2.3 smartphones in phases. If you haven’t received a notification about the package, you can always check manually through the Settings menu.
